Habits of a Happy Woman
Happiness and self-love has been such a big thing for me lately, especially as I realized that I haven`t done it most of my life. Past few years have been life changing for me. I guess is it because the older we get, the easier it is usually to spot the things we are doing or not doing to sabotage our emotional well-being. Anyways here are the 5 habits that helped me to become happier.
1. 8 Hours of Sleep
Good night sleep is importnant! It is directly correlated to rational thinking, productivity and physical as well as mental health. During sleep, our bodies are working to support healthy brain function and maintain our physical health. I`m trying to get to sleep between seven and nine hours every night. So, ladies, please make your 8 hours count!
2. Don`t say Yes When You Mean No
This habit is a joy-killer and I used to do it a lot in the past. I really was afraid to hurt someones feelings or something. What a stupid way of thinking, right? It is actually so easy to feel better more often, like, when someone asks you to do something, and your reaction is ugh, then just say no. it is actually so easy.
3. Be Busy
Being busy and fulfilled is so important! It keeps our minds stimulated and is actually one of the key habits of happy people. This is why it is important to fill our diaries with meaningful meetings with friends and closed ones, proactive hobbies and fun past times that will keep our minds stimulated.
4. Being Generous With Comments
Isn`t it great to receive a random compliment from a woman you don`t know? I`m sure if you think about it, you know how game-changing it can be to your day. Don`t be shy - if you see something you like something - say it!
5. Stop Worrying
Don`t think and worry too much! Why to let one minute of frustration ruin a whole 24-hours? Next time think to yourself "Will this matter tomorrow or next week?"... and if not, move on and be positive.
