7 things to do on Phi Phi Islands, Thailand

Phi Phi Islands are an island group in Thailand, between Phuket and Krabi. We stayed on Ko Phi Phi Don, which is the largest and most populated island of Phi Phi Islands. Here are my top 7 things you should definitely do while visiting Phi Phi Islands.

1. Phi Phi View Point
Do you wanna see amazing views of the Phi Phi Island, then do the hike to Phi Phi View Point. It is situated at an altitude of almost 190m, and it takes about 1 hour to get there on a hike path. From the view point you can see an unusual shape of the island, that reminds you of the letter "H". You can see that there is only 100 m flat strip of sand stuck between Dalum Bay and Tonsay Bay. It is for sure a picture postcard looking place and I`m sure you will impress everyone back at home if you have taken a picture at Phi Phi View Point.

2. Monkey Beach
This beach is sooooooo beautiful. I mean, the white sand, chrystal clear water etc. Damn, really a paradise o earth. It is located on the southwestern side of Tonsay Beach. We rented a kayak to go there and it took us only 15 minutes to get there. It definitely not the best place to see cute little monkeys, because the monkeys there are really angry and try to steal all your stuff. But the beach itself is absolutely amazing.

3. Go Kayaking
It was my first time ever kayaking, and oh yea, it was fun. It cost u only 8 euros for 3 hours, and with this 3 hours we did a lot. We visited monkey beach and other beautiful places nearby. So, if you want to spend some quaity time with your frinds on Phi Phi, then definitely rent a kayak and sain on the sea, because it is fun and you can see a lot of beautiful places around Phi Phi Don.

4. Swing on the beach of Dalum
Enjoy the beautiful bay of Dalum and swing on the beach. Just like in Phuket, Koh Larn and many other places, on Phi Phi Don there are also many lovely swings, where you can take awesome pictures and just enoy life. We all know that they are greatly popular on social media and luckily Southeast Asia is famous for tropical beaches and beach swings.

5. Take a walk at a little streets of Phi Phi
If you are already tired of the beaches, sand and hiking, then take some hours off and expore the steets of Phi Phi Don. You can find everything there. Nice Thai food, cute shops, little markets and nice smiling Thai people.

6. Go rockclimbing or hiking to the other side of Phi Phi Don
If you love adrenaline and a little bit of extreme sport, the go and take a hike from the other side of  Dalum Bay. The view from the hill is absolutely amazing and you can have your private little view point over the Phi Phi Don. We didn`t climb to the top of the hill, because I was wearing a skirt and we both had flip-flops on. But if you have a chance, then I totally recommend you to climb even higher and get more amazing views.

7. Visit Tom Yam restaurant
It is a small cheap restaurant in the centre of town where you can get nice food with great prices. They offer everything from traditional Thai food to European/American food. We ate there once and ordered burgers and chips and 2 portions cost us 6 euros. Yes, Thailand is fucking cheap and that is one reason why we love it. Also, the service there is nice and quick.
